  • What is the timeframe to complete a bespoke piece?
    We recommend providing Luke Archer with enough time as possible to construct your bespoke piece, especially when we are working towards a wedding date. For general pieces, we would advise an 8-12 week timeframe (depending on the complexity of your piece).
  • Where are Luke Archer pieces made?
    All bespoke Luke Archer pieces are handmade in England at our studio located in West London.
  • Will I need to attend fittings?
    Yes, you will need to attend fittings at our studio located in West London. If you are unable to visit our London studio and you live within a 30 mile radius, we may be able to carry out home fittings, subject to an additional charge.
  • What are your payment terms?
    We require 50% payment upfront then the final 50% payment upon completion of your piece. We accept payment by BACS bank transfer, card payment or card payment over the phone. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. We do not accept payments made by cheque.
  • Do bespoke pieces come with a guarantee?
    We recognize both the importance and the sentimental significance of your bespoke piece and we're delighted to offer a 12 month guarantee against defects in craftsmanship and finishings of your piece from the date of completion.
  • Can I return a bespoke piece?
    All bespoke pieces are made to your requirements and as such we would not be able to accept a return. Should your piece show a material defect, we will repair free of charge within 12 months of purchase. For more information on this, please contact us and we'll be happy to discuss.
  • Will my piece be re-made for someone else?
    We want your piece to be special and just as unique as you are so all bespoke pieces are never reproduced to the exact look/design so you can be sure that the piece you have commissioned is extra special.
